Industrial high frequency oscillating tube 4CX3500A Air-cooled tetrode
The 4CX3500A type electron tube is a cermet coaxial structure, a thorium carbide tungsten carbide cathode, a squirrel-cage grid, and an anode forced air-cooled tetrode. The maximum operating frequency is 220MHz, the maximum anode dissipation power is 3500W, the maximum two-grid dissipation power is 165W, and the maximum one-gate dissipation power is 50W. It is mainly used for FM broadcasting, and it is also suitable for linear frequency power amplifier and VHF TV linearity. Power amplifier for power amplification.

The electron tube is a device that controls electric current flow in a high vacuum between electrodes to which an electric potential difference has been applied. The type known as a thermionic tube or thermionic valve uses the phenomenon of thermionic emission of electrons from a heated cathode and is used for a number of fundamental electronic functions such as signal amplification and current rectification.
